The Cinel company has designed a new very high purity hydrogen generator (99.9999%) which is perfect for use in the laboratory, as it eliminates the safety problems associated with the use of cylinders . The new system uses PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) technology for the production of high purity Hydrogen, a technology which is based on the new concept of electrolytic cell, developed with the University of Padua (Patent pending n° PD2009a000394). The new AD system does not require maintenance of the desiccant cartridges.
